30hr Partner Yoga Training

About the Course

Leading Partner Yoga classes at studios, festivals, retreats, and community events can truly be a fun and bonding experience for all! Especially when done intelligently and safely! During this training we will explore from simple Hatha to vigorous Vinyasa Partner Flows, as well as hands-on therapeutic touch/massage. Because partnering yogis together or doing interactive group asana can lead to a whole slew of interesting possible dilemmas, we will also focus on group facilitation exercises that will teach you how to confidently navigate and orchestrate an inclusive experience for all whether a small class at your studio or a large group outdoors on the lawn.

Join Jennifer who has over 15 years of experience teaching and training folks all over the globe in AcroYoga, Thai Massage, and Meridian Yoga. As we will address elements of all of the practices and namely, Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga in duos & trios, partnering therapeutic touch of Thai Massage, engaging partner stretches via PNF/resistants stretching which is particularly good for yogis and athletes. And lastly, large group circle engagements.

We will have daily guided personal asana and meditation classes, partner yoga classes, lectures, Q&A and group facilitation exercises.

No prior experience is required. This training is designed to be accessible to every practitioner, and encourages personal transformation in an atmosphere of acceptance, celebration, and safety. You will receive a manual at the training. A certificate will be awarded upon completion.

Jennifer has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga & bodywork for over 20 years and has been teaching yoga for over 15, both within the U.S. and internationally. With her extensive experience and depth of knowledge, Jennifer has become a well-known, highly respected, and sought out teacher. She is very passionate about the integrity of one's practice and strives to meticulously and authentically impart her knowledge to her students.
