Hatha
A form of yogic exercise that emphasizes specific postures in combination with controlled breathing. It is widely practiced in the West.
Vinyasa
is based on the foundation of Sun Salutations of the Hatha tradition which incorporates standing poses, inversions, balancing poses, and deep stretching into a dynamic flow while moving with the breath. This class is specially designed to tone, strengthen, and energize the body while cleansing the internal organs and lymphatic system.
Gentle/Restorative
Gentle/Restorative Yoga is a slower paced classical hatha practice suitable for all fitness levels, experience, age, and size. Props may be used to facilitate deeper relaxation.
Pre-Natal Yoga
helps to prepare women for the journey of child-birth, helping to ease the stress placed on the body at this important time. The expectant mom is taught to breathe effectively and consciously relax while also strengthening and stretching the muscles commonly used during the birthing process.
Partner Yoga
blends the spiritual wisdom of yoga, the loving kindness of Thai massage, and the dynamic power of Acrobatics. These three ancient lineages form the foundation of a unique new practice that cultivates trust, connection and playfulness. The practice includes circle ceremony, Asana, partner flow, inversions, partner acrobatics, mind-ful meditation, and massage. The highest aim for the practice is to bring individuals into a state of union with themselves, with each other, and with the divine. From this place of mutual support the true self can be realized, honored and shared for the benefit of all.
AcroYoga

Thai Yoga
Thai Yoga is an ancient healing form of bodywork that utilizes gentle hatha yoga postures, acupressure, reflexology, and compression techniques to create balance in the physical and energetic bodies.
